Return & Refund Policy

Our Return Policy

At EduKido BD, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, to ensure fairness for all parties, we follow a strict check-on-delivery policy:

• Open and inspect your package in front of the delivery man before accepting it.
• If the product is damaged, wrong, or missing — refuse the delivery on the spot and inform our team immediately.
• Complaints raised after accepting the package without inspection will not be entertained.

When Return is Accepted

A return may be considered only if all of the following apply:

• The issue was identified and reported at the time of delivery in front of the delivery man.
• The product is defective, damaged, or clearly wrong compared to what was ordered.
• The product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging.

Non-Returnable Situations

• Product accepted without inspection in front of the delivery man.
• Product has been opened, used, or assembled after delivery.
• Damage caused after delivery (dropped, mishandled, etc.).
• Change-of-mind or wrong size/colour ordered by the buyer.
• Original packaging removed or damaged by the buyer.

How to Raise a Complaint

1. 1 Refuse the delivery or immediately contact us on WhatsApp — while the delivery man is still present.
2. 2 Share your order number and a clear photo or video of the damaged/wrong product taken in front of the delivery man.
3. 3 Our team will review your complaint within 24 hours.
4. 4 If approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange — cash refunds are not offered as we operate on Cash on Delivery.

Refunds

Since EduKido BD operates on Cash on Delivery, we do not process cash refunds. Approved returns will be resolved as a product replacement or store credit for a future order.
