1. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to product availability.
• We currently offer Cash on Delivery only. Payment is collected upon delivery.
• An OTP verification is required to confirm each order, helping prevent fraud.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of placing your order is final.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering or placing orders.
• One account per phone number is allowed.

4. Prohibited Use

• Placing fake or prank orders is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to abuse OTP or promotional systems will result in account suspension.
• Any automated or bot-based access to the site is not permitted.

5. Limitation of Liability

EduKido BD is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
